As a Project Manager, you will be working with the Altus Voice implementation team to turn up new customers on our various Cloud products. Primary focus will be Project Management for the Altus Voice product. You will work with sales channels, direct/indirect to qualify numbers, obtain LOA’s and CSR’s for our Altus Voice customers.
Additionally, you will follow up on all active number ports daily and notify the provisioning team of any delays or schedule conflicts. You will train new customers on their voice portal and features/functionalities of the Voice product. You will also receive Tier 1 training on the Cloud PBX platform and act as Tier 1 support for active and new customers.
Cloud Support Engineer
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be working with the Altus Voice PM team to turn up new customers on our various Cloud products. You will also field technical support calls from our active customers. Your primary focus will be Technical Support for the Altus Voice product. You will work with PM’s, direct/indirect to qualify numbers, obtain LOA’s and CSR’s for our Altus Voice customers. You will manage all open technical tickets and ensure your tickets are cleared in a timely manner.
You will also receive PM training on the Cloud PBX platform and act as PM backup support for active and new customers.
Business Development Manager
Primary responsibilities include generating new leads, prospect qualification and closing new accounts. For more complex applications and highly technical deployments, the Business Development Manager will be paired with a Sales Engineer.
Key qualifications include inside or outside sales experience, preferably with SaaS, hosted telephony or network and managed services. Familiarity with IP telephony, contact center and data networks is strongly preferred. We will consider candidates with experience selling premise-based telephone systems.
